The privileged season for many couples to get married, and we understand that very well. At this time, everyone is looking for a good reason to celebrate, so your wedding is likely to be a joyful one!
Atmospheres and colors
At the Domaine, in the summer, thousands of roses bloom in our gardens. Of all varieties, of all origins, the different thematic gardens are full of sublime places covered with roses!
But let’s not forget the day lilies! In tones of yellow, orange and red, entire fields bloom just below our Terrace des Iris. Carpets of flowers perfectly illustrate the summer heat.
The cornfields. If Portes des Iris, the old farm of the Château, has been transformed, this is not the case for the 30 hectares of farmland that are part of the Domaine de Vullierens. We are therefore lucky to be surrounded by wheat, grass and flowers. The cornfields are really a charming universe for couple’s pictures. The trend of country weddings? At Portes des Iris, you are in the theme!
Even summer thunderstorms are to be appreciated, Portes des Iris offering you a solution both outdoors and indoors. You will be able to quickly find a shelter, and once the storm is over, you will be able to admire the sky and all of its colour nuances.
What can your guests taste?
Cold soups with innovative flavours and original matches? Or more traditionally, a fresh gazpacho?
In the form of a small culinary animation, a stand for cutting ham at the minute and especially with a knife!
The sound of the crackling fire, the smell of meat being grilled under the flames, yes yes, we offer you a barbecue. Delicate meat cuts or simple marinated skewers will undoubtedly not have the same taste, grilled by a Chef!
Seafood and fish with seasonal vegetables? In the spirit of seafood platters that can be enjoyed by the waterside?
And on top of that, how about an icy dessert? Just to freshen up before you start dancing!

Our geographical location (almost at the Pied-du-Jura) allows us to have fresh air during the evening. You could therefore go out on our Terrace to enjoy yummy desserts!
A magnificent show awaits you; the building illuminated at night gives off an extraordinary enchantment!
