To complete your seminar, for an original lunch break, as part of your “green” conference or simply to invite your clients in a different way, the culinary workshop remains a must in the field of Team Building.<\/p>\n

After a welcome drink and a presentation of the challenge, the participants will adjust hats and aprons ( customisable with the effigy of your organisation) and cook for an hour or more, led by Chef J\u00e9r\u00f4me Binder of the Lausanne-based company Parfum d’\u00e9pices<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The prepared dishes are then served to the apprentice cooks who have become guests again, either as a cocktail reception or a banquet of their choice.
