At Portes des Iris<\/strong> where every year for the past 20 years<\/strong> many weddings are celebrated, it is one of the questions that the future bride and groom ask us most often!
\nWhat are the schedules? How long for each step?<\/p>\n

How can we best manage so that it is not a rush and the wait is not long for the guests?
\nEven if the bride and groom want this day to be endless, it is important that it doesn’t become a marathon, neither for them nor for their guests!<\/p>\n

Here are a few ideas to help you best plan<\/strong> for D-Day.<\/p>\n

Makeup & Hair<\/strong>: 1h30 to 2h00 in total depending on complexity
\nDressing<\/strong>: 15-30 minutes
\nCeremony<\/strong>: 45 – 60 minutes
\nCongratulations at the end of a ceremony<\/strong>: 30 minutes
\nAperitif<\/strong>: 1h30 – 2h00 (depending on the season)
\nCouple photos<\/strong>: 0h45 – 1h00
\nFamily and group photos<\/strong>: 0h30-01h00
\nSitting at the tables and finding your place<\/strong>: 0h30 (for 100 people)<\/p>\n

These schedules do not include travel if everything is not done at the same place!<\/em><\/p>\n

At Portes des Iris, it is possible to experience all the different stages we describe above, on site, which lightens the timing and reduces stress. If this is your choice, here is what we recommend, to plan by starting with the meal schedule and working backwards through time.<\/em><\/p>\n
