You are in charge of organizing conferences, department parties or other meetings of employees or customers and you wonder about the best options to consider in this period of social distancing? Between events involving several dozen or hundreds of employees and teleworking, there are many possibilities available to you.

After weeks of confinement which imposed for some people teleworking or longer distances between workstations, meetings on small screens, bringing your employees closer together is essential for this new season!

A new way of working is coming into place, with many advantages, but the importance of contact and the maintenance of human links must not be neglected.

The rules of the game may have changed, but “the round” hasn’t disappeared and there are many opportunities to get together.

Favour the use of outdoor spaces for most of the work or recreational program, if time permits, but not only. Fresh air is good for the head and body, and this is possible in all weathers, with the right equipment. Good news, the Indian summer in Switzerland has been a reality for several years, the wedding specialists that we are have noticed it by organizing aperitifs on our terrace until November.

Imagining new ways to find each other, to exchange and to recreate links while keeping the distance. We have thought about new cohesion activities that can take place outside in most cases, but also inside, while respecting social distances.

Sufficient space in height and width. 1000 m2 of rooms, including very large ones that can accommodate small groups with social distancing. We remain flexible in the spaces granted, adapting to your requirements. All our rooms have many windows that can be opened, the air conditioning is only turned on if the client wishes.

Moreover, we extend our offer by proposing spaces adjoining the Château, such as the two historical cellars. The possibilities are therefore infinite and for all budgets.

# hygiene and privatization of the premises

A maximum of two simultaneous events with separate entrances, separate bathrooms and changing rooms and fully private areas. As far as possible, we guarantee exclusivity of the premises, and our high standard of cleanliness has always been a priority.

Our building is never accessible to the public, so the traceability of people is guaranteed.

Imagine smaller gatherings, divide a large group into several sessions on consecutive days with the same concept: we will adapt our offer to your own needs. We can guarantee the current social distancing for conferences of up to 70 people without masks and up to 100 people in round tables in the same room. We adapt our rates to small groups, with no obligation to pay a privatization fee and offering competitive per person rates even in the evening.

Planning an event in a very short period of time thanks to our outstanding organizational support is possible! We put you in contact with the best service providers and offer last minute postponing possibilities free of charge.

Favour individual dishes while maintaining conviviality for this get-togethers. Our Terroir in individual tins will delight the palates of your guests. A selection of local products, three themes to take away in our gardens in small groups, to be enjoyed on our terrace or in one of our rooms while maintaining social distance. A plate service remains relevant in the respect of the sanitary constraints.

Like many event professionals around the world, we have witnessed the disruptions associated with the epidemic. The possibility of resuming events in Switzerland for up to 300 people at the beginning of June was a relief for us, but it also brought us new constraints linked to sanitary imperatives, but also to those of our clients. As usual, we remain very flexible and attentive to your requirements.
